This Privacy Policy explains how Remindy ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Remindy mobile application ("Remindy" or the "App").

Information You Provide

Remindy lets you create and manage recurring life reminders, such as haircuts, home maintenance, refills, and other personal tasks. The App may store reminder names, selected icons, schedule settings, reminder timing preferences, and completion history on your device.

Remindy does not require you to create an account, and we do not operate a server that receives or stores your reminder content.

Notifications

Remindy uses local notifications to remind you about items you choose to track. Notification settings are used only to provide the reminder functionality you request. You can control notification permissions in your device settings.

Advertising

Remindy displays ads using Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect and use information from your device, such as advertising identifiers, app activity, device information, and approximate location, to provide, measure, and improve advertising. This information is handled according to Google's policies.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your reminder content with third parties. Third-party services used by the App, such as Google AdMob, may collect and process information as described in their own policies.

Data Retention and Deletion

Reminder data created in Remindy is stored on your device. You can delete individual items in the App. You can also delete locally stored App data by uninstalling Remindy or clearing the App's storage through your device settings.

Security

Remindy is designed to keep your reminder content on your device. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we use reasonable measures to limit access to data handled by the App.

Children's Privacy

Remindy is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of Remindy after a policy update means you accept the updated policy.
